Dear customers, living in unprecedented situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic,
we would like to inform you about the prevention and protection measures we have
taken in order to offer you a safe vacation. Our hotel has been certified by XEE with
the Health First brand and meets all the health protocols requested by EODY and the
Ministry of Health for the safety of visitors and employees. In our accommodation
there is a coordinator for the implementation of the action plan in case of suspected
case and our staff has been trained to comply with all health protocols. For the
purposes of public health protection actions, the accommodation address must keep
a record of all persons residing in the accommodation - name, nationality, date of
arrival and departure as well as contact details (Address, telephone, email) to make

communication possible. with close contact with any COVID-19 impact, which may
be identified afterwards. Great attention is paid to the GDPR regulation.

-The staff complies with the basic measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19
-Our accommodation has within the reception all the necessary information of the
action plan as well as the details of the person responsible for its implementation.
-All possible information is provided for health providers such as pharmacy and
hospital telephones.
-Please within the reception area to keep a distance of 2 meters to protect both
visitors and staff and to avoid any handshake.
-If a customer feels unwell on arrival or departure or during their stay, please inform
the accommodation manager and use a necessary mask.
-An antiseptic, gloves and a disposable mask are available in public areas.
-In all common areas, all surfaces are regularly disinfected. -There is medical kit
equipment in case of suspected case.

-Possibility for anyone who wants to check in - check out outdoors.
-Electronic payment of expenses. - The key cards are disinfected after each
departure and the visitor keeps it throughout his stay, handing it over to the
employee before checking out.
- Check out is done before 11.00 while check in after 15.00. This change of time is
mandatory to ensure that between customers the room is thoroughly cleaned, and
that Adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed
. - Prohibition of entry into the rooms to non-residents. Room service protocol -
Cleaning the room with certified disinfectant products against COVID-19 and natural
ventilation.
During the departure to each room, disinfection is done with a steam cleaner and
meticulous cleaning of high-risk objects (eg, sockets, sockets) - Staff equipment with
masks, gloves, disposable robes, closed shoes.
- Each room has an autonomous air conditioner, where their filters are disinfected
before the arrival of the next visitor.
- Cleaning the room during the stay will not be daily, only at the request of the
customer, to avoid contact of cleaning workers with a possible case and further
transmission.

- The daily change of towels and clothing is abolished, except at the request of the
customer where the used clothing (towels, sheets and bedding) will be placed in
closed bags.
- Installation of a disposable cover in the controls of the TV and the air conditioner.
- Opening windows for natural ventilation of the space and avoiding the use of air
conditioning units.
- Breakfast will not be available as all rooms have individual kitchens.
